Our philsophy is simple. We treat your pool and property as if it were our own. In addition to being motivated to keeping customers happy we make an extra effort to add a level of professionalism not common to the industry.
Clear Wave Pool Care is licensed, insured, maintains a nationally recognized Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certificate and is an active member in the local chapter of IPSSA (Independent Pool and Spa Service Association).
In fact, we were a charter member of the very first chapter in Florida. We now have 8 chapters and are growing. At IPSSA, the focus is on elevating pool care to a true profession. Members meet monthly and meetings are mandatory.
We use the meetings to learn about the lastest technology and keep current with state and local codes. Most importantly we work to increase awareness of pool safety.
One of the benefits of being involved in a professional association is the drive to find the best products available. We test new products and compare results. Clear Wave Pool Care only uses the best chemicals and equipment.
In addition to using quality products, we only use other contractors who are properly licensed and insured. When we have to use another trade, we feel that the quality of their work reflects direcly on our own.
Another aspect of our service that we take seriously is communications with you. We are always available by phone or email and encourage you to contact us anytime you have questions or concerns. You will receive a monthly newsletter with
your monthly invoice. We try to keep you as informed about new products and requlations. We give you tips and tricks to help you enjoy your pool.
Because we work every visit to earn your business we don't believe in annual service agreements. If you choose to use our service, the only regret you will have is that you did not find us sooner.
